So I do not understand people who are so close minded.

Yesterday a few of my friends came over and we had a good lil' time. then my friend mentioned that senior year in government i whomped his ass in a debate over gay adoption, gay talk in general. Well his friend decided to open his mouth and say that gays should be not allowed to adopt. are you fucking kidding me?

I snapped. Stupid idiot boy. I don't understand how you can deprive a child in an orphanage the right to be in a loving family, with two people who love each other and WANT a child. So many times children are born into families, or maybe just by teen pregnancy, where it's unexpected and sometimes unwanted. Where then the child is not being taken care of and put into a loving family as much as they could be. It's stupid to let a child sit in an orphanage and be deprived the wonders of life and deprived the chance to excel in life, just because two people who love each other happen to be of the same sex.

It's stupid when people believe, "oh, well two gay parents, raise gay children." Bullshit. How do you think gay children are produced? By two straight people fucking and reproducing, obviously. You can be raised to be a straight child, its not something that can be influenced. You become gay, or bisexual because it is who you are. And those who believe there is some outside factor affecting that they have no idea. They are so unknowing to the reality of what really happens inside a person to make them attracted to each other. Its the same stupid crap when it comes to marriage and its not allowed because they are both male, or both female. They love each other, sometimes more than any other straight couple. People are so close minded and blind to the possibilities that two loving people can produce.

I believe and support in gay marriage and adoption. I would rather have two women raising a child that they want, then a 16 year old, single mother, on crack raising a baby she doesnt want. Even if she's not on crack. Most 16 year olds do not expect a child, it just happens. My friends have gotten pregnant and had their children, some step up to the plate. Some don't. some end up pawning their responbilties on their parents because they are too concerned with going out and partying. I know a girl who produced a child my 6th grade year and would smoke weed right infront of the child. its ridiculous by the time i graduated high school some girls were going on their second child. Those households can hold the child back and not give them the full opportunities. So why should a child in an orphanage sit there instead of being adopted, while some other child is being raised by an irresponsible teen. Or even adult who didn't plan a child. People in today's society are so stupid sometimes. they have these preconcieved ideas that it's wrong without even really thinking about it. Don't get me wrong each person is entitled to their own opinoins, but they should really look at all sides first. Gays are humans, children are human, they have rights, they have needs, they have their own lifestyle. They pressure it on to no one, and we should not pressure our ideas upon them and tell them what they can and can not do. What is right, and what is wrong. Love is love, a family is a family. And those who think otherwise, are unknowing to the reality within it.
